Unprofessionalism

I got a call on Friday the 27th September 2019 at 16:14 from Kelebogile from Hollard, she was calling regarding an upgrade that I qualify for. She was very unprofessional addressed me in Setswana when I asked why she said she assumed by looking at my Surname. Anyway thats is not the matter, I actually thought that she called regarding a refund due to me, when I asked her about it she could not answer me then she hung up. I tried calling back but the lady I got to did not know from which department she called me from.
