UNPAID FUNERAL COVER CLAIM

Greetings I submitted all the documents requested but they refuse to pay because they say the BI has different handwriting and that the ID is incomplete. My matter was rejected by their assessor, their complaints unit alluding to the same statement . I asked them to confirm with home affairs to confirm my uncle' s passing, they insist i must give them another BI. I do not know where to get another. Let them give me back my premiums if they fail to pay my claim.
