Unpaid claim going 5 months

I logged a claim 5 months ago and it was not paid. On the 4month they said they need missing info imagine after 4months of sending claim and further more all information was sent together there wasn't missing info. No I'm still awaiting to gave my claim settled. Unbelievable service yet I pay so much.
