The reason for this increase is that Hollard strives to make sure that we are there for our customers when they need us the most. One of the ways that we do this is to review our premium payments to ensure that they are sufficient to allow us to pay claims on an ongoing basis. We expect to payout more claims in the future, which is why we have had to apply the premium increase.
When you sign up people you intend on being able to payout in the event that they claim, that's the honesty you've promised us as your clients. Your inability to to cater for all your clients without infringing on any of them is bad business practice, clearly you guys bit off more than you can chew. You can not increase my premiums by 25% and i just have to carry that, thats unfair, if you cant pay where do you expect us to get the money to pay for these unexpected increases.. If my policy is not rectified i will be takimg this further because i did not agree to that increase in july
