Good day,

Regarding the following matter: ******** deduction,

I've got a funeral policy with Hollard of an amount of +/_R145 that gets deducted every month, can you please explain why was a extra amount of R146.90 deducted from my bank account without my permission or knowledge, so two debit orders of different amounts went off my bank account and its from Hollard as stated by my bank?

Who is committing this *****,

Please refund me my money today(29/08/2018) and do an investigation into this matter,

Will wait to hear from you anytime after 12 in the afternoon because I`m working night shift,
