unconsented premium increase

I'm so disappointed with Hollard, how can they force people to increase their premiums and benefits, I told them i can't afford the increase and they still went ahead and increased the premium, does it matter that some of us are struggling as it is. this is not the first time i get a raw deal in this company, i will shop around and close my policy immediately, never again will i do business with them.
