UNCLAIMED BENEFITS REMAIN UNPAID

I was notified in writing that some unclaimed benefits in terms of a policy was payable to my late husband. As his sole beneficiary, I completed the forms and sent all the attachments through to Hollard in August. I have made three subsequent telephonic enquiries but the respondents only got as far as providing me with reference numbers for my call. Nobody at Hollard seems interested in settling the outstanding payment. This kind of treatment is patently unfair and everybody should know that it is a bad idea to do business with Hollard. I am a widow with no income and I am appalled by the way in which Hollard treated me.
