Unauthorized deductions by Hollard Insurance

I noticed that there was a deduction of R183.00 and I didn't who was deducting my money or what it was for. After some unvestigations I discovered that it's Hollard and I called them. They did a lot of ducking and diving, most of the time they were not accessible. Finally they rep**** after I threatened to expose them on social media

When I asked them why they were deducting money from my bank account., they said I took a funeral policy. I asked them to give me proof I.e. a voice note which they failed to produce. Fortunately I received my money back but I'm still not happy because zI didn't interest. I just want other people to be aware .
