Unauthorized debit order

I got an unauthorized debit order of R40.50 from my bank account, I called LIFEWISE the address on that policy is not even mine, I never took at Policy with Lifewise. when I reverse this debit order my bank is going to charge me R6.50 which is going to be taken from my account. I want Lifewise to pay back my money without me revising it from my bank.
