Unauthorised *****ulant debit order

Few months agoi received an sms alert from my ITC profile that an insurance was added to my profile.... was informed it was done from Hollard. I called their call centre to cancel as Ive never authorised it. Im ****ed off as this was added to my credit bureau profile. It still not cancelled by Hollard. This is ***** and I ll report them to the ombudsman.
