UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER
An amount of R1171.10 has been debited off my partners account! He does not have any policies with Hollard.
This bounced and a charged was incurred! This is such a huge inconvenience. From having to call his bank to typing this complaint.
Please investigate and provide a sufficient explanation!
