Unable to make a claim

Hi i have Edgars account which the account had account protection plan, the policy number is 01/PFS/EIS/APP/9/2000. I have trying to claim through phone call but i never got hold of the claiming department, i also tried emailing but they never responded and i also struggled to find hollard offices where by they are closed, i was retrenched on the 28 August 2020 now i have been receiving calls from the new company asking me to pay the account and currently I am not working i don't have any income.
