Two mountains and hollard bad customer service

Im not happy with the way hollard is treating us. We joined the policy with two mountains apparently they parted ways. Now we suffer. I tried calling Hollard they keep on dropping my calls when they hear you talking about two mountains. Debit for last month did not run. Im told im behind with payments yet we don't know how to go about. Hollard must just pay me my all premiums because clearly if i die now my family will struggle.
