I feel like they are either *********** or a **** because is the second time I experience this and I still don't know why I'm STil stuck with them. I mean why every time I have to claim for funeral cover my claims have to be referred to complaints while I pay my premium every month without giving any problems main while I have loved one to bury the same week I submit my claim I'm compelled to get into debts because they take the whole 3 months to pay me my money. I have submitted my claim last week Tuesday it's already been 8 working days they haven't tried to call me back every day I try calling them with my airtime they put me on hold I have to go through their lousy prompts that eats my airtime. You can imagine The stress that this insurance put me through and on the last claim I made n it took them 3 months to pay , they didn't pay me according to my policy schedule and never took time to give me reasons
