Total waste Hollard legal policy

I have the hollard legal plan for the past 11 years and now when it's time that I actually need to.use it.The agent comes up with so called exculsions which is not specificed on my policy document.Just to not allow my claim to go through and when I asked where it is specifie he cannot forward me the document.I think it's a total ripe off if this is how they wana treat there clients when it's time to use the policy.I if knew these so called exculsions I would never have kept this policy for all these years..
