Time and money wasted for nothing

I called in to arrange the debit for my mothers funeral policy to the 1st of every month but the *********** person I spoke to had me wait on the line until I ran outta airtime and mind you,this was After I had confirmed the banking details and already accepted the mandate! The person didn't have the professional courtesy to call me back but I paid this no mind as all banking details were confirmed.

I have just checked my debit orders and the money did not go off! Now I have to spend money again to make the same request!

You guys have to do better!
