This Company must get investigated by the Ombudsman

Hollard clearly don't care that they are on e of the worst rated companies out there. There service is the absolute worst I have ever seen, just look at all the complaints here. I have laid a complain and was contacted by Lizzy, this was 2 weeks ago and still no feedback from her, next moment I get an email to ask how satisfied I was in the manner my claim was resolved, this Hollard needs serious intervention from the Ombudsman. I would suggest to everyone to take their business elsewhere, worst life insurer I ever came across in my life
