THEY SIMPLY IGNORE ME AFTER HARASSING ME!
<p>So this woman phoned me as she got my details from direct axis.</p> <p>I told her that I have sufficient life cover ect, she basically harassed me while I was driving. I was under the impression that this was credit life protection. Because she kept on after I told that I have enough life cover, medical aid ect. Once I received the documents i requested for this to be cancelled- WITHIN MY 30 DAY NOTICE PERIOD, but they IGNORED ME AND DEBITED MY ACCOUNT! I have logged requests and no one bothers to respond. I WANT THESE DAMN POLICIES CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND WANT MY REFUND!</p>

Firstly Lynne, check your spelling.
Secondly, I have a RIGHT to request cancellation, and this is in a 30 cooling off period.
I requested this before you people debited me. I want confirmation of my cancellation being done and I want a refund in my account. I have waited and tolerated this long enough.
