They refuse to cancel policies and no response to emails

I have canceled my policy from regent, 30vJune 2022 i have sent you cancellation email and required documents but they never got back to me 30 days later and still deducted from my salary I want my July and August refund worse your premium went up. Please cancel like you said it's 14 working days to do so, and refund me from the date I canceled.
