There is a Policy on my payslip written Hollard ( Life Wise) F*** , I have never done a business with the Hollard company, because it started taking my money(R40.50) on 15 April 2020 and during that time i was on Maternity Leave, i have never open a policy with them ,I went to the branch in Bara taxi rank on the month of June the guy who was assisting me told me that they don't deal with a stop order policy then i should go to Braamfontein head-office, so Because i was on maternity leave i couldn't go there then i decided to report it on their complaints department on website platform i attached a payslip and send it on the following email *** and i was provided with a compaints ref number HOL-80333-08 20 ,even now my money is still taken every month , and Last week i went to Braamfontein and the Lady who was helping me made a call to other departments and was told that they don't know the policy number blablah, please can you stop taking my money and refund me?
