The worst service ever.
I am so disappointed with the service I got from Hollard, especially since I was with AVBOB and they told me that they are better, but now the opposite is done. I've been trying to make a claim for more than 3 days now and the insurance is giving me the run around, with is leading up to a delay with the funeral arrangements. Hollard is the worst policy people could ever take as they do not deliver on their promises especially in our time of need.
