The worst company I have ever dealt with

You guys are the worst. 1st your consultant opened a policy for me even though I explicitly told her that I am not interested in it. Then your sales team calls me and I tell them I never opened a policy and request that they escalate to be canceled, they don't. I called and was kept on the line being transferred to different departments for more than half an hour just to cancel something that I never opened in the first place. They tell that it has been canceled and I should call back again after 7 working days to request a refund, only to call and be transferred to four different people having to explain to each of them from start. Then they tell me that it has not been initiated and I must now check again after 7 to 14 days. I even ask if can you guys call me when ready but I'm told you guys don't call back, yet you can call me to tell me about your bull**** covers. I am really irritated, I swear I will my efforts to make sure I complain to every body and reviewer that I can manage, if you guys are going to waste my time, I might as well waste it well.
