The unpaid policy by Hollard

<div>Hi there I am Pinkie Pathedia Vumazonke who had lost cousin in 25 February 2021 but still haven't received any funeral benefits from Hollard insurance. Firstly I went to their offices in Port Elizabeth to complete the claim form and I was later told to go and get the letter of authority from master court. Even today I don't know why they wanted the letter of authority for since I was the beneficiary of the deceased but that doesn't matter since I have given them the letter of authority they demanded.

The late Mr. Mfana Peter Vumazonke has died on the 25th February 2021 and still have not received the funeral benefits.

Will hello Peter look into the matter for me, I am struggling since I have lots of laons that I want to make payments to.
