<p>I HAVE COMPLAIN ABOUT THE HOLLARD NOTHING HAS HAPPEN AND THEY HAVENT EVEN CALL ME BACK ON THE QUERY. YESTERDAY THEY HAVE SEND SMS TO MY MOTHER. THE SMS READ AS FOLLOW: HELLO WASE VERINICA, YOU RECETLY SPOKE TO BONGIWE KUBHEKA AT HOLLARD. DIAL *120*149# TO RATE US OR REPLY STOP TO OPT OUT. THE PERSON THAT THEY ARE ADDRESSING TO MY AUNT WHO PASS AWAY(WASE VERINICA) AND THE NAME IS WRONG. HOW CAN THEY SAY THEY HAVE SPOKE TO THE DEAD PERSON. THEY DID NOT EVEN CALL ME AS THE PRINCIPLE OF THE POLICY OR SMS THAT MESSAGE TO ME. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY(HOLLARD).</p>
