Terrrible service and dishonesty from Holard funerals

The Hollard offices in Krugersdorp key-west shopping center are useless. whenever we to the the offices , and inquire about the policy that they have lapsed without notification as to why.

Originally Hollard debited my account for my policy all at ones, now they decided to change my policies and every time they deducted my account on separate transactions even after i told them that the policy is under one name.

One of the consultants who is supposed to assist me is always off duty whenever i go to the offices. They always try and make other arrangements however in the end the person is forever unavailable. And now they have lapsed one of my policies without notification or a valid reason.
