TERRIBLE SERVICES OF HOLLARD

<p>I was insured with Hollard vehicle insurance up untill today the 31/10/2016 as I cancelled due to *** services.</p> <p>on Saturday the 29th of October 2016 I was leaving for home from a funeral with my mother in the North west hammanskraal 2 hour drive from home , 20min in to our journey my car brokes down capbelt snapped I needed roadside assist so I called ***to be towed, I spoke to a consultant by the name of Triphina at around 12pm only to be told she cant pick up my details </p> <p>with my ID number, i gave her the policy number and still cant pick up my detail I was ****ed off to hear a company </p> <p>that has been debiting my acc on time for the past year and a half tells me I have not insured with them.</p> <p>I even spoke to a team leader who told me the same thing, now I am +-200 km from home first time needing</p> <p>thier services and I am told I am not a member. I had to make my own arangement to get my car towed to where I was at, if you are a hollard member watch out if road side assistance is not a benefit as they say it is.</p>
