Terrible service when trying to claim from Kaizer Chief's Funeral Policy through Hollard

We have received appalling service while trying to claim from the Kaizer Chiefs Funeral Plan through Hollard. The call centre is unhelpful and cannot escalate queries. A claim was made and 2 weeks later the claim is still being processed and no payout has been received, yet no one at the call centre can tell us what the delay is. A death in the family is stressful enough without having to deal with endless paperwork, apathetic call centre agents and a system that is inefficient and a joke.
