Terrible service

I would like to express my disappointment about terreble service I am receiving from Hollard Investment. I submitted my claim on the 6th February 2025. Up until today I haven't received my money. The saddest part of it, is that when i called on the 20th February 2025 i was told that i should expect the money the 21st and 2nd February 2025. Today when I called I was told that the claim is till waiting for Authorization. when I asked as to when can I expect the money the guy told me that he is not sure, Yet on the e-mail I received on the 6th stated that the process will take 7-10 working days.

I am so frustrated. Hollard doesn't consider clients interests . I would never recommend hollard to anyone. I actually want nothing to do with them.
