Terrible service
Terrible service i received from hollard after sending a claim to pay for the funeral cover policy i had with them for 5 years, as they always promise to pay within 48 hours of receiving the claim, it has been six days they haven't paid my claim on top of that no one has called me i am the one calling and driving to their branches but no one is able to give me porper feedback about my claim
