Taking monies WITOUT consent. Not trustworthy

This is a company with no customer service. I have canceled my police beginning of Jan. I only recoeved a confirmation letter mid Fed after emailing 4 times. Then they have taken the debit order end of Jan for Feb and end of Feb for March. But my policy has been canceled. So now they are taking monies wothout my consent and they are not adhering to the consumers act. This is definitely not a life insurance I would recommend to anyone. Their debit orders are earlier than what sighned for and I only see bad reviews for this company, leaving me relieved for my decision not to keep my life insurance with them.
