taking money from our Ackerman's account without our permission!

Pathetic !! adding R89 plan to our ackermans account with no permission what so ever !! calling to dispute it and getting told to dispute it will take 10 days !! so it will be deducted of our account again !! absolute pathetic !! we are losing our R89 we didnt even give permission for you to take ! (feel free to go listen to the call they made to us where we didn't give permission we simply asked for more information and that we will get back to them and we were automatically signed up!!!
