super bad service i will not recommend this insurance to anyone

I claimed for a phone it was declined and after that I laid a claim it was successful and the decline decision was overturned and after that I was told to check progress of the claim on this email address '***' and I did they responded and said they have not received communication from Hollard , Hollard must send a letter stating that the decision has been overturned , when I contact Hollard they keep sending me back and forth. I am not happy with the service I am getting from Hollard,
