Struggling to cancel my policies

On the 1st of January 2023 I wrote to Hollard(mycomplaints) requesting them to cancel all my policies .I never got any response. Then on the 25th of January I sent them an email requesting them again to cancel my policies .I attached the cancellation forms together with the ID copies of the policy holders .Then today (30th of January 2023).I got an emai from Hollard saying" I must call Regent customer service for policy cancellation since their policies are with their partners '.I did call the number that was provided only to be told that I must call Hollard. The lady that I spoke to (Regent) said she's unable to help me so she'd to transfer my call to Hollard. My call was then transferred to Hollard .The lady from Hollard said she can't help me I must call Regent. I told her that the lady from Regent is the one who transferred my call to Hollard. I've been sent from pillar to post.
