I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your company. Despite having a policy with you for 3-4 years, I experienced significant issues and difficulties to einstate my funeral policy after a lapse in premium payments.

Despite numerous written requests, your team failed to provide the original funeral policy package I had initially taken out. Instead, you changed my policy package without my consent. I even escalated my concerns to the FAIS Ombudsman.

I have found your company's service to be poor with a lack of attention to client needs. During my 3-4-year tenure with Hollard, I did not submit any claims, yet you still refused to honor my original policy.

I strongly advise against recommending your services to anyone. I am Glad I canceled my Policy with your company, Your consultant are *********** unable to provide assistance.
