Stinking snail slow service

I have a buildings insurance policy with them through ooba bonds. Each time i call, im told that the department doesnt accept any phone calls and they will call me back in 2 hours. Then i email and im told il get a response in 4 days. They dont even send me any communication or even an updated policy. You need to hire more staff, and get proper management so that you dont take 2 hours or 4 days to respond. I need answers regarding my policy but you say someone will call me back after 2 hours? And then nobody calls? Absolutely shameful service and this will be the last time i ever use hollard
