Still waiting for you to call me back!

I sent you the document you requested on 14 January 2015. I still have not received so much as a confirmation of the mail yet not to mention a solution to my problem dating back to April 2014! No acknowledgement of the follow up mail I sent you on 20 Jan 2015.... There is no phone number attached to your signature on your email and when I phone the number I do have of Altrisk, nobody knows who Ian Thompson is...<br> <br> And yet, you want me to retract / rectify my first complaint on Hello Peter. Phone me Mr Thompson. I want answers.
