Still waiting for claim to be paid out

I am still waiting for my APP claim to be paid out. I only received an SMS once on 1 October to say they are finalising the claim. Since then, I have tried to get feedback and was told that there are documents are outstanding. When I sent them the SMS that proves that all documents have been submitted, the never responded back.
