Still no payout

<p>My father passed away on Sa****ay, 28 May of unnatuaral causes. The funeral was on Friday 3 June. We have still not to date received any payout. In this time of grieving we had to struggle and are still struggeling to get the money payed out to us. Everytime we call there is no helpful person to talk to and the answer is simply that the claim is still with the claims department. It is a month later and we have still not received the payout. I had to make use of my credit card to make the payments for the funeral. What if I did not have a credit card and was dependent on this money to pay for the funeral. And avbob needs the money paid before the funeral date. This is unexeptable and really poor service.</p>
