Still no payout

My uncle passed away in Sep 2017, my aunt went about cashing out policies the week after his death. Everyone has paid out except for Hollard. It's been 3 MONTHS! Every time she inquires about it she gets told it will be paid out within the week, how long does a week last at Hollard?

They are unreliable and ridiculous and I would not be surprised if they come back with some or other excuse as to why they cannot pay out and end up keeping the money for themselves. They have no regard for how a family must struggle to bury a loved one without the promised 'We pay out within 48 hours' bull they keep selling us.
