Still no notification of cancellation

I logged an online query to cancel life insurance more than a month ago, received no response, debit when off again DEC called in 2017/12/07 9:57 spoke to a lady you said she can't cancel the policy because of a system error but has escalated it and I will get an sms once done.. still waiting for any type of feedback ref nr given was ********** 531.. let me guess you going to let another debit come off and then make it my problem to call in again and cancel without any refund ...
