Staff that really care
With my first complaint I was really not happy with Hollard ,the staff or processes, But after getting assisted by Natasha Vos everything went well, she gave me feedback and assisted throughout ,Hollard really you have a treasure in this staff member. She def knows what's going the extra mile for clients in there time of needing assistance.
