Spam, slow responses and failure to respond

I have been waiting more than a month for your CRM team to contact me with regards to my complaint on twitter regarding your spamming me at an address I did not supply.<br> <br> I require proof of my sign up to your lists and confirmation that you've removed me as you've spammed me since you've confirmed twice that I was removed.<br> <br> Your twitter staff promised to contact me and this has yet to happen.
