SOLD LIES!!!

I need clarity from Hollard here, I just got a call from one of their consultants trying to sell me some additional policy, while she's telling me all this new additional thing beneficial to me she tells me my son and husband are not on my policy because I added them late. and tells me my Policy that am paying for, for R200 is only for myself and it only pays R15 000 ONLY! I will not be sold lies so all this time I have been paying all these years my husband and child are not even covered on the policy. I need someone to call me immediately from Hollard and explain exactly what is going on here.
