Shocking services

Hollard insurance did not do the necessary checks on a claim and paid the wrong person. They have confirmed that it was a mistake on their side but almost a month later they have not fixed up the problem. I can not get ahold of their managers and staff say they cant help. The service that you receive from a big organization like this is shocking.
