Shocking lack of service

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Unfortunately I have to click on 1 star as there is no negative rating star. They should have got a minus 10!!!! I have been waiting since April 2019 for my storm damage claim. It is still not resolved. The parties involved are Tshwarelo Mathe / Thabo Motaung / Mua Rooi and their Supervisor, Glenys Pais. I have sent numerous emails and called them on numerous occassions. I am told that they are either on leave or "working from home". I think "working from home" is code for at home watching Netflix and don't care about clients who pay their salaries.
