Service excellence

I had to claim at Hollard for my sisters passing. I went to Hollards offices in Parktown and was assisted by Rachel. She really went out of her way to assist me and to ensure that I submit on that very same day. I forgot certified copy of my id and had to contact work for this. After a few attempts to send Rachel the docs, she even gave me her personal cell phone no so that I could send the docs to her via whatsapp and she emailed it to her work email. She followed up the next day to say that the claim is being assessed and the day after she also phoned to confirm whether I have received the payment or not. Even though she was the only consultant assisting on the 9th of July 2019, she really ensured that she provided me with the best possible service. I have taken away with me that day to endeavor to also service my clients at work with the same professionalism that was showed to me
