Sales ****

I must say I am very appalled the level of morality you sales agents have. I have a funeral cover with you where my brother who recently turned 18 is covered. One of your sales agent called to tell me he is an adult and has to be covered as one. New policy was opened only to find out that is not the case. So you are running a money making business and don't care about the tour customers. To add I have had policies with you guys for over 5 years. Now I have to open covers for individuals or loss my policy.
