rude attitude

I'm a 25 male with a truworths account which I use and pay on time, I get a call from hollard in partnership with truworths offering me funeral covers and then the agent starts to read from a page then I tell him I don't have a family right now and when I do I will come through to hollard and take up one of their plans, agent: a guy once said ignorance is bliss but in your case MR its a curse. Then quickly hangs up, what should I do?
