******* imposed by Hollard via Finrite

I purchase an insurance when i purchased my phone at Game on the 21/8/2015, i was told its a Hollard information and i am covered immediately after paying the premium. Unfortunately the phone got ****** on the 5/10/2015 now Finrite which are the underwriters for Hollard say because i have been with the phone for 2 month i must pay access fee 50% of the price of the phonephone, I have never heard of this anywhere and the lady i deal with Schonnelle from Finrite sent me some documents that the underwriter's word is final and if i dont pay the money i will not get my phone. On the documents i have from Hollard that 50% access is not mentioned anywhere, i think Hollard is a daylite ******* insurence **** together with Finrite
