Retrenchment cover

I filed a claim with hollard to cover my installments on my Jet account since I have been paying the account protection plan. I have been retrenched and thefore send all the documents to hollard and it is over 4 weeks but I am not hearing anything from them. It's nice for them when they collect but they do not want to cover if and when they are needed to. Such horrible insurance.
